GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At ROJI we will do everything we can to help you get the pot you want. If you require it, we can advise you on the design.

All pots are 100% handmade, in frost-proof 1205°C stoneware. No two are alike.

The manufacturing time is approximately 3 months depending on the dimensions and complexity of the pot.
Payment is made: 50% before starting and 50% when the pot is ready to be shipped.

If a refund is necessary, it will be made via payapal to the same user from whom the payment was received and within a period of no more than 90 days.

Measurements can vary from 0.5 to 2 cm depending on the dimensions of the pot.

All pots come with a certificate of authenticity.

Shipments are by FedEx.
Payments are by PayPal.
